Use this manual as a guide and reference for installing, operating, and maintaining your equipment. The purpose is to assist you in applying efficient, proven techniques that enhance equipment productivity.

Machine maintenance

1.When the unit is running, please pay attention to the pressure gauge. The high pressure should be lower than 20kgf/cm2, while low pressure should be higher than 2.0kgf/cm2. If the number is too higher or lower, it demonstrates that there would be a fault or you are not using it correctly.

2.Condenser and evaporator of chiller unit should be cleaned after using period of time.

3.If you stop using chiller unit for a period of time, the leaf of water pump might be solidified by crud. When starting up the machine again, you must use a screwdriver to stir the motor back cover wind leaf to avoid pump leaf getting stuck to burn the motor.

4.All the electronic components and protection equipment of unit have been strict tested. Do not change or demolish when checking and repairing. The forced running in the absence of protection will damage the unit.

5.The best temperature of chiller machine is 7℃-12℃, 5℃-35℃ is okay. If the starting up temperature is higher than 35℃ may lead to high pressure protection, compressor overloading, relay tripping and even soluble plug dissolving and blowing up.

6.Chiller machine belongs to high professional machine, so it should be used and maintained by professionals. Non-professionals do not operate or repair the machine to avoid danger.
